Vendor Software Built for Card Shows

Moonveil Sanctum is developing vendor-focused inventory software designed around the way trading card vendors actually work.

The goal is to make inventory easier to manage before, during, and after shows by connecting each card or product to a digital record through QR codes. Vendors can quickly pull up item details, review pricing, update status, and keep better track of what is in their inventory.

We are currently demoing the software live at card shows and plan to begin beta testing in the near future as development continues.

The software is being built to help vendors organize cards, sealed products, slabs, and collections in one place.

Each inventory item can include details such as card name, set, condition, storage location, price paid, market reference price, selling price, payment method, and sale status. QR codes allow vendors to quickly scan an item and open the matching inventory record without searching manually.

The system is being designed with real show workflow in mind. Vendors can track cards that are bought, sold, traded, or moved through the backend while keeping inventory organized by individual card show or event. This helps vendors better understand what inventory they brought, what sold, what was added, and how their table performed at each show.

Moonveil Sanctum has already tested the software live at three different card shows, using it to showcase inventory through kiosk-style displays and QR-based item pages.

Collectors have responded positively to the experience, especially being able to browse inventory in a more interactive and organized way while visiting the table.
